I don't have a lot of information about Carlyle either, no I can't tell you where the "killer" nickname came from, I don't remember it from High School, but when you call his voice mail it says "Hello this is Carlyle "Killer" Kaufman, and I decided that I best not cross anyone now know as "killer" and better call him what he wants! From what I hear "king" would be a better nickname because I hear he is the King of the Subway restaurant franchises in Atlanta.
